1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? Wrapping paper for sure...unless it won't fit in a box
2. Real Tree or Artificial? Artificial
3. When do you put up the tree? The day after thanksgiving
4. When do you take the tree down? A few days after Christmas
5. Do you like eggnog? Yeah, but I can only have a tiny bit
6. Favorite gift received as a child? Probably getting a new cabbage patch kid every year with the cutest clothes that my mom (I mean santa) made.
7. Hardest person to buy for? My dad - he has everything
8. Easiest person to buy for? Kenzlie I just hope she isn't disappointed you should hear her Christmas list (future post)
9. Do you have a nativity scene? Yes
10. Mail or e mail Christmas cards? Mail for sure . . . I love sending them as much as I love receiving them.
11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received? I can't think of one :)
12. Favorite Christmas movie? Christmas Vacation
13. When do you start shopping for Christmas? As early as possible, but never seems to be soon enough
14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? I don't think so
15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? Probably the popcorn tins
16. Lights on the tree? Oh yeah as many as possible
17. Favorite Christmas song? Oak Ridge Boys - Thank God For Kids
18. Travel at Christmas or stay home? Travel but not outside the valley
19. Can you name all of Santa's reindeer? Yes!
20. Angel on the tree top, or star? Our tree topper is a bunny ballerina (see future post)
21. Open presents Christmas eve or morning? We have always got to open one present on Christmas Eve and it's p.j.'s. Last year we started a new tradition of giving the kids a new book on Christmas Eve also.
22. Most annoying thing about this time of year? When things get busy and crazy and we forget about the true meaning of Christmas.
23. Christmas traditions? See question 21... we also take a new family picture to mail out with our Christmas Cards. We always have chili and homemade rolls on Christmas Eve. We go to Grandma Rinderknechts for breakfast Christmas morning.
24. Favorite food for Christmas dinner? Everything at Aunt Joyce's
25. What do you want for Christmas this year? I can't say I really have anything on my list this year, but I would love to have another baby!
