Boot Tree

When I was a little girl we camped at Beaver Mountain all the time. We always had so much fun... we rode our four-wheelers up and down through the trees so much that we made permanent paths, hiked up the mountain, played on the ski lifts, listened to the sheep come through our camp each morning, carved our names in the trees, picked up pop cans along the road with our wagon, and went for rides to Bear Lake to get a milk shake. Camping there now things are so different - but the one tradition we must continue.... is visiting the boot tree. There is an actual tree that looks just like a big boot.My parents and their two dogs walked down to the boot tree with us and poor little Paisley was too tired to make it back up the hill. We had to put her in the wagon with Kenzlie, it was pretty funny!

Then silly little Barney picked up this Reese's wrapper off the side of the road and carried it in his mouth forever. What silly dogs!!
